LUDLOW- Western Massachusetts Electric Co. has restored power to 1,407 homes in Ludlow after electrical problems caused the outages, a WMECO spokesman said.
About 15 percent of the town's 9,145 users were affected by the outages Sunday morning.
Officials said a fuse that failed was repaired and power was restored by 9:20 a.m.
